Our Grappa is obtained through the classic vapor system of distillation in small boilers, where, with a discontinous cycle, Chardonnay DOC must residue, fresh from fermentation, is added. Due to their freshness. this grape residue retains all the organoleptic characteristics and therefore it is rich in alcohol and flavour.
